Timeline & reminders
The system will queue reminders to the institution focal-person email every two days beginning when 15 days remain, then daily during the final five days, leading up to
22-11-2026. Reminders stop when regular service starts.
Billing & continuity
OCR Portal Billing invoices may be created for students during the trial. Students can use the portal through the trial end date while those invoices are available in Student Portal Billing.
After the trial ends, the institution focal person must accept the current Terms of Agreement to start regular service. Until then, the focal person is the only account that can use the wider portal; students can still open Student Portal Billing to pay their OCR invoices.
When the agreement is accepted, regular service starts immediately and students receive 72 hours to clear outstanding OCR Portal Billing invoices. After that window, students with unpaid Portal Billing invoices are restricted while staff access remains active.
Your data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends. If you renew within this window, all data remains intact.
If the focal person does not start regular service within 30 days after expiry, data is permanently deleted in line with our data handling policy.
Taxes & charges: All amounts are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax). Client (you) is responsible for all taxes, duties, and any bank, transfer, foreign exchange, or payment processor charges imposed by your jurisdiction or provider.
Logos & trademarks: Any logos, trademarks, or branding uploaded by the subscribing institution are provided by the institution and remain its responsibility. The institution represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such materials and authorizes OneClickRooms to display them within the service. OneClickRooms does not verify ownership and is not responsible for any infringement or related claims arising from customer-provided branding.
